My video collection now includes two other videos. I am enjoying this meal. I have shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five make-ahead lunch recipes this prepping series. In case you haven't seen them, I've included a playlist below for you, and keep in mind that all of the recipes in this meal prep series will always be 100% gluten free.

Almost all of them will be paleo-friendly, along with low-carb and keto-friendly options. Let's get started right away. Here is a recipe for my blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. Unless you've got envious taste buds, you can put a tablespoon of unsweetened, almond milk, frozen blueberries, unsweetened, chia seeds, a high quality protein powder and almond butter in your recipe.

With this one, there is already a low-carb sweetener added to the bulletproof collagen protein. For low carb smoothies, you may need to add something like stevia if your protein powder doesn't contain that.

Just to sweeten it up a little bit, you can add all your ingredients into the blender and blend until the mixture is extra smooth. Now,  to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days,  you can add a bit of fresh lemon juice to keep it fresh. Next up is my nutrient-packed green matcha smoothie.

Paleo is fine, but you can also make this low-carb by removing the bananas and adding more avocado. Let's get started. What you will need are unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

All the ingredients can be blended in a blender until smooth. Don't forget to stir after you're done. I will post all these recipes on my blog so that you can print them. The link to this one is in the description box below. It's one of my favorites.

Definitely. In the next smoothie, the matcha powder really helps increase your capital. Can I energize with cacao? It is low-carb, grain-free, and paleo-friendly. The following items will need to be made: almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

MCT oil or coconut oil can help to increase fat burning from my smoothies because of their medium chain, fatty acids. Increase brainpower and energy. This  plus this smoothie is great if you're craving something sweet,  I even drink this smoothie in the afternoon,  especially if I'm up for a tasty smoothie and then moving on to the next.

I'll whip up my energizing matcha beet smoothie for you. You can have this one paleo-friendly. Almond milk unsweetened, a small beet banana, flaxseed oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder will be needed.

I know you don't like beets, but you'll have to believe me. The banana actually enhances the taste, and the nutritional value of beets is too good to ignore. Beets contain beta simon, which is a powerful antioxidant.

That can help to clarify toxins from your liver and to remove fat deposits from your bloodstream, and everyone knows that a healthy liver equals a healthy metabolism, which equals optimal fat burning, so I genuinely believe you should do that.

Make sure to try this smoothie as you'll be pleasantly surprised. Lastly, I will share my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. This one is low carb, paleo and low carb, but the turmeric is strong so start slowly.

Unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are all necessary. These spices can boost metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

This smoothie is my favorite. If I ate too much the day before, since it reduces inflammation and bloating super fast. Nevertheless, you want to start slow, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.

Well, that's it for today's video, five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead. Now, let me know what you think of any of these recipes if you try them out. I would appreciate it if you continue to enjoy my meal preparation series.

My results from a diet called the smoothie diet inspired me to write about it. The diet began. During my second pregnancy, over 70 pounds had been gained so I tried several other ways to lose weight without success.

Everything just seemed hard or I was always hungry and irritable, so I turned to smoothie diet, which is easy to follow. The smoothies taste amazing. You eat them in place of some meals.
